	The APC Board comprises the convenors from each of the areas, the executive group of ASHE and representatives from the LEA, DfES, LSC, QCA, Connexions and NCSL. Further discussion takes place within two committees: School Improvement and Best Practice and Procurement and Best Value. Each of these committees will commission task groups to debate and report back to committee on areas of interest. Membership of these committees comprises heads and other interested parties. - School Development Committee - Board - Task Groups - School Improvement and Best Practice - Procurement and Best Value
